HighSchoolOT's second annual all-state girls basketball team features the best players across all classifications, including 18 returning selections (five are repeat first-teamers).

There is a first, second, and third team with 15 players each. There is also an Honorable Mention list of 30 players.

High school sports journalists across the state were also polled for the best players in their respective areas. A full list of those journalists who contributed to this or any other HSOT all-state team this year is at the bottom of the story. Players were selected based on their play throughout the year, with strength of opponents taken into account.

Players are listed with their averages in the following format: points / rebounds / assists. Averages for steals or blocks per game are noted as such.

Only averages with decimal points were deemed exact calculations by the teams who posted or submitted them.
